COASTIE CARNIE FAIR DAY 2026 STALLHOLDER EOI APPLICATION
Expression of interests to hold a stall at Coastie Carnie Fair Day on Sunday 4 October 2026 at the Peninsula Recreation Precinct, Umina Beach are NOW OPEN
Coastie Carnie Fair is the absolute beating heart of the Coastal Twist Festival attracting more than 9,000 visitors of all ages, genders, abilities, cultures and mindsets!
This free fun and vibrant event showcases a colourful and eclectic marketplace of community groups, talented designers, delicious food and our valued partners. The day is jam packed with live music, entertainment, kiddie korner, youth zone and our infamous Pupparazzi Pooch Parade.
As a stallholder, this is an opportunity for you to connect, engage and surround yourself with friends, allies, family, coasties and visitors as to who you are and what you do within the region.
Each year we have more interest than we are able to accommodate. You have been invited to our first tier Expressions of Interest (EOI) for stallholders as a previous partner, business operator or organisation who we have worked with, aligned with or discussed the festival with.
Please note your EOI does not guarantee confirmation. All stallholders will receive a confirmation email in late August.
🎪 COASTIE CARNIE FAIR DAY 2026
COMMUNITY STALLS APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!
One giant day. Thousands of Coasties. A whole lot of colour, chaos, community and CARNIVAL. 🌈🎪
Coastie Carnie Fair Day is the big, bold, ridiculously colourful centrepiece of Coastal Twist Festival — and one of the Central Coast's biggest all-ages celebrations of community, creativity and diversity.
This is not your average community fair.
Think live music, performers, circus, pop-up experiences, food, drinks, kids' activities, the Youth Zone, hangout spaces, our legendary Pupparazzi Pooch Parade 🐶📸 and thousands of people coming together for one huge FREE day out.
And right in the middle of it all?
🌈 THE COMMUNITY STALLS
Our stalls are a huge part of what makes Fair Day what it is — a vibrant, eclectic marketplace where community organisations, services, creatives, advocates and government agencies can meet people face-to-face, start conversations, build connections and show the Coast what you're about.
It's an opportunity to:
🎪 Connect with thousands of locals and visitors
💬 Start conversations with new people and communities
📣 Share what you do and raise awareness of your organisation
🤝 Meet potential members, clients, volunteers and supporters
🌈 Be visible alongside a community that values diversity, inclusion and belonging
Whether you're an established organisation, government service, community group, advocacy organisation or local initiative — we want to know what you've got going on.
Spaces are limited.
An EOI does not guarantee a stall. Applications will be assessed against available space, the overall Fair Day program and the diversity and mix of organisations we want represented.
Successful applicants will be contacted with confirmation and stall information.
🌈 COME CARNIE WITH US!
Bring your organisation. Bring your people. Bring your ideas.
