COASTIE CARNIE FAIR DAY 2023 | STALLHOLDER EOI APPLICATION

Expression of interests to hold a stall at Coastie Carnie Fair Day on Sunday 1 October 2023 at the Peninsula Recreation Precinct, Umina Beach are NOW CLOSED.

Coastie Carnie Fair is the absolute beating heart of the Coastal Twist Festival attracting more than 9,000 visitors of all ages, genders, abilities, cultures and mindsets!

This free fun and vibrant event showcases a colourful and eclectic marketplace of community groups, talented designers, delicious food and our valued partners.  The day is jam packed with live music, entertainment, kiddie story time, youth zone and our famous Pupparazzi Pooch Parade.

As a stallholder, this is an opportunity for you to connect, engage and educate LGBTQIA+ community, friends, allies, family as well as locals and visitors as to who you are and what you do within the region.

We have more interest than we are able to accommodate, and you have been invited to our first tier Expressions of Interest (EOI) for stallholders as a previous partner or organisation who we have worked with, aligned with or discussed inclusion with.

Please note your EOI does not guarantee confirmation. All stallholders will receive a confirmation email in mid-August.
