Covid regulations and Mardi gras may require us to wear masks (supplied) *

I confirm I will wear my mask and meet health regulations of the day
I refuse to wear a mask on the day and understand this means I may be excluded from participating in the Coastal Twist Festival Float

Once you collect your costume pack, your costume becomes your responsibility *

I confirm its my responsibility if I lose or break my costume I will have to cover replacement costs

If you are participating with someone else (friend, child, parent, partner etc) please let us know their name/s so we can ensure you are positioned together (You will still need to fill out one application per person)

$65 PAYMENT : Mardi Gras 2021 Parade entry Fee. Please note YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE regardless of when your form was lodged. Acceptance is based on 1st in best dressed and we have more applications than we have spots. Should spots already be filled you will have a full refund *
